How can I return my order?
Please Note: Items on sale or promotional offers aren’t eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns unless damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please send an unboxing video for a replacement/Refund.
Returning your order is easy! You can choose any of these options if you receive wrong/ damaged product within 24Hrs from receiving your order:

How do I exchange a product after returning it?
Once we receive your return and confirm it’s unused/unbroken, and in original condition we’ll issue store credits in case of COD orders. You can use these credits anytime for future purchases.
Can I get a refund instead of store credits?
Refunds are available for prepaid orders and will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery/Pay on Delivery orders, we offer store credits instead.
Do I need to provide evidence for damage claims?
Yes, you must record a full 360-degree unboxing video in clear lighting when you receive the package. This video will be required as proof in case of any damage to the item.
What condition must the item be in to be eligible for a return?
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Are there situations where only partial refunds are granted?
Yes, partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
Items returned more than mentioned time frame after receipt.
What should I do if I have not received my refund even after Prettychunks processed refund?
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account once again.
Contact your credit card/Debit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If after doing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@prettychunks.com.
Are sale items eligible for a refund?
Sale or promotional offers items are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
What is the exchange policy for defective or damaged products?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Minor color or design variations from the images on the website are not eligible for an exchange. Additionally, we will dispatch your order only if the exact product you ordered is available; if not, we will not ship the item.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if one is issued.
Do I need a receipt for my return?
Yes, to complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
When do I have to self-ship the product to Prettychunks Jewellery?
Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for reverse pick up facility. In such cases you will have to ship the product back to us. Connect with our Support team, we will share the address for return.
